What to Expect During Design

When undertaking a home remodeling or new house building for the first time, you might be unsure of what to anticipate from your design team. Every stage of your project will be overseen by an accessible, accountable professional courtesy to our Design + Build process. Here is what to expect:  

1. Showroom Design Consultation 

During the first step of the remodeling process, you will meet with a designer in one of our showrooms. Together, we will discuss your design ideas and what you like/do not like about your current space. We will listen to your goals, answer any questions you may have, and offer suggestions.  

2. Home Visit with Design & Budget Consultation 

This is where things get exciting! We will come to your home to get measurements, and you and your designer will get to know even more about each other. We will provide you with a Conceptual Design drawing along with a BASIC/MIDDLE/UPPER-LEVEL budget. We will discuss design and product options and customize a budget to fit your needs.  

3. Design and Project Planning Agreement 

During the final stage, we will present you with design schematics, material selections, detailed job scope, and a final project estimate. Once completed, construction can officially begin!
